What is Andrea Hylton Home?

Andrea Hylton Home is a fabulous Canadian company that designs, manufactures and retails soft textile home accessories. We put the ‘joy’ back into finishing your space with our beautiful collections of throw pillows and blankets and our simple process to help you ‘dress furniture effortlessly’! Clients love our amazing selection, great quality and outstanding value.

We have a deep love for all things beautiful and a passion for helping you create a joyful living space that will inspire and comfort you.

Where are your products manufactured?

We manufacture the majority of our gorgeous products in Canada and source the remainder from across North America, Europe and Asia.

 

Do you offer a trade program for Canadian Retailers?

Yes!  We love selling to Canadian retailers.  Want to become a trade partner? Learn more about our trade program.

 

How do I know if my product is available or sold out?

All products are available and ready for immediate delivery unless otherwise indicated. We produce limited runs of our product.  If a product has sold-out, a 'sold-out' status will appear directly on the product page. If we expect additional stock we will indicate an 'expected arrival' date on the product page. For specific questions about stock availability email us directly at info@ahhome.ca.

How do you ship your products?

For regular shipping needs, we ship anywhere in Canada via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Orders placed before 12:00 EST will ship same day. Ontario orders are generally received within 2 business days. Orders outside of Ontario can typically take 5-7 days to arrive.

Can I ship items to an address other than my billing address

Yes, you can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. For gift orders indicate the note you'd like on the gift enclosure within the 'special instructions' section during checkout. 

 

Do you ship outside of Canada?

We only ship order within Canada at this time.

 

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

RETAIL CLIENTS: At Andrea Hylton Home we want you to love your purchase.

Online purchases: Can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date and you will be credited in the form paid.  We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier.  We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.  Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.  Contact our customer service at info@ahhome.ca to arrange your exchange/return. 

We stand behind our products, if a quality concern arises within 90 days of purchase, contact customer service at info@ahhome.ca and we will gladly assist you with the exchange/return.  

TRADE clients: All sales are final.
